While Emily is soaking up those Pacific rays, I Jimmy am going to the state fair! I love state fair. It truly is the highlight of my whole summer! And the reason it is the highlight of my summer, is the food. My favorites: Wisconsin baked potato, maple syrup root-beer, and of course those beloved cream puffs. Now if your lucky, you go to the state fair with a cream puff virgin, someone who has never tasted their deliciousness. It's such a rush to see the face of someone who has taking their very first bite, as I was so fortunate to do on my trip to the fair. When you go up to order your puff, the line is usually VERY long, but so worth it. Once you get your cream puff you start wondering, "How am I going to eat this?", considering there is about an inch of puff, four inches of cream, with another inch of powdered sugar covered puff. But there is truly only one way. You take the top of the puff and use it like a shovel and scoop up the cream, and then once you eat the top, you can start with the bottom! There is a reason that hundreds of thousands are sold each and every year!
